I did not verify my email. How can I verify it?

Check your inbox for the verification email.

If you cannot find it, request a new verification email from the login page.

On the Home page, click the + button and select Create a School.

You can join a school in several ways:

  • Using an invite link
  • Accepting a direct invitation
  • Discovering the school through Discover (if enabled)

What does “Verified” mean for a school?

A Verified badge indicates that the school has been officially confirmed by administrators.

Verification helps members identify trusted schools.

Open Messages and click New Conversation.

Yes. Depending on your role and system configuration, you may be able to edit or delete your messages.

Type @ followed by a user’s name to mention them in a message.

Mentioned users receive a notification.

Yes. Use the attachment icon in the message input area to upload files.

Why can’t I see someone’s full profile?

Profile visibility may depend on:

  • Whether you share the same school
  • Your role permissions
  • The user’s profile settings

Some profile information is only visible to members within the same school.


Badges are visual indicators that represent:

  • Roles
  • Verification status
  • Achievements

Why don’t I see Friends, Groups, or Schools tabs on my own profile?

These tabs display mutual relationships.

Because you cannot have mutual connections with yourself, these sections may not appear on your own profile.

Check your Notification Preferences to ensure notifications are enabled.

Why does someone appear offline even if they respond?

Status and notification systems operate independently.

Users may receive notifications and reply even when their status appears offline.

Open the user’s profile and select Block.

Use the Report option on a user’s profile or on a specific message.

Try the following:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Check your internet connection

Check your internet connection and try sending the message again.
