Missing Feature
If a feature appears missing, disabled, or unavailable in Hischool, the issue is usually related to role permissions, school configuration, context mismatch, or feature availability settings.
Follow the steps below to identify the cause.
Step 1: Confirm You Are in the Correct School
Section titled “Step 1: Confirm You Are in the Correct School”Hischool is context-based, meaning features may differ between schools.
This can depend on:
- School configuration
- Role assignments
- Feature settings
Make sure you are viewing the correct school before assuming a feature is missing.
Step 2: Check Your Role
