Report a School

If you encounter a school that violates platform rules or contains inappropriate content, you can report it for review.

Reporting helps maintain a safe, respectful, and trustworthy environment for all users.

You should report a school if it contains:

  • Harassment or abuse
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Explicit, harmful, or illegal content
  • Fraud, impersonation, or scams
  • Spam or malicious activity
  • Violations of platform or community policies

If you are unsure whether it qualifies, you may still submit a report. The moderation team will review it.

To report a school:

  1. Open the school.
  2. Open the sidebar context menu.
  3. Select Report School.
  4. Choose the reporting reason.
  5. Provide additional details (if requested).
  6. Submit the report.

Your report will be sent to the Hischool moderation team for review.

After submission:

  • The report is reviewed by platform moderators.
  • The school’s content may be evaluated against platform guidelines.
  • School administrators may be contacted if clarification is required.
  • Appropriate action may be taken based on findings.

Possible outcomes include:

  • Warning issued to administrators
  • Content removal
  • Temporary restrictions
  • School suspension or removal
  • No action (if no violation is found)

Due to privacy policies, you may not receive detailed updates about the outcome.

Reports are handled confidentially.

The school owner and members:

  • Cannot see who submitted the report.
  • Do not receive your identity information.

Your privacy and safety are protected.

Reporting tools must be used responsibly.

Do not submit reports:

  • As retaliation
  • Without a valid concern
  • To intentionally disrupt communities

False or abusive reporting may result in account restrictions.

If you encounter:

  • Immediate threats
  • Criminal activity
  • Serious safety risks

You should:

  • Contact appropriate local authorities.
  • Then report the issue to the platform.

Hischool moderation does not replace emergency services.

If you feel uncomfortable remaining in the school, you may:

  • Leave the school
  • Mute notifications
  • Block specific users (if applicable)
