School Settings
School settings allow authorized users to configure and manage all aspects of a school.
From the school settings interface you can manage:
- School identity
- School description
- School logo and banner
- Other configuration related to your school
Only users with appropriate permissions (such as Owner or Administrators) can modify school settings.
How to Open School Settings
Section titled “How to Open School Settings”To open the school settings:
- Go to your School.
- In the school sidebar, click the … menu.
- Select School Settings.
A full-screen settings window will appear.
This window contains all configuration options related to your school.
School General Settings
Section titled “School General Settings”The Overview section allows you to configure the basic information about your school.
From this section you can update:
- School name
- School description
- School logo
- School banner
School Name
Section titled “School Name”The School Name identifies your school across the platform.
You can update the name at any time from the Overview section.
Changes will be visible to all members.
School Description
Section titled “School Description”The School Description provides information about your school.
You can write the description using Markdown formatting.
The text written in this field will appear on the school’s About page.

School Logo
Section titled “School Logo”You can upload a school logo to represent your school visually.
Requirements:
- Maximum file size: 2.50 MB
- Recommended image size: 512 × 512
- Square image ratio recommended
The logo will appear in various areas of the platform including the school sidebar and member interfaces.
School Banner
Section titled “School Banner”You can also upload a school banner image.
Requirements:
- Maximum file size: 6.00 MB
- Recommended ratio: 16:9
The banner image appears at the top of the school sidebar.
This image helps visually distinguish your school.
Saving Changes
Section titled “Saving Changes”After making changes in the settings window:
- Click Save to apply the changes.
- Updates will be visible to all members immediately.
Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”To maintain a clear school identity:
- Use a recognizable logo.
- Write a clear and informative school description.
- Use a high-quality banner image.
- Keep school information updated.
