Verification Email Not Received

If you signed up for Hischool but did not receive a verification email, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Email verification is required to activate your account and complete registration.

Verification emails may sometimes be filtered by your email provider.

Check the following folders:

  • Spam
  • Junk
  • Other filtered folders

You can also search your inbox for:

Hischool

If the verification email does not arrive, confirm that the email address used during registration is correct.

Check for:

  • Typing mistakes
  • Missing characters
  • Using a different email than expected

If you accidentally registered with the wrong email address, create a new account using the correct one.

See:
Create an Account

Sometimes email delivery may be slightly delayed.

This can happen due to:

  • Email server processing delays
  • Temporary network congestion
  • Email provider filtering

Wait 5–10 minutes before requesting another verification email.

If the verification email does not arrive:

  1. Go to the sign-in page.
  2. Attempt to sign in using your account email.
  3. Follow the option to resend the verification email.
  4. Check your inbox again.

Always use the most recent verification email link.

Some email providers may block or delay automated emails.

This may happen if:

  • The email sender is unfamiliar
  • Your email provider filters automated messages
  • Your organization restricts external emails

If you are using a school or corporate email, your organization’s email system may block automated messages.

In this case, contact your IT administrator.

Step 6: Confirm That Registration Was Successful

Section titled “Step 6: Confirm That Registration Was Successful”

If you still do not receive the verification email:

  • Try signing in with the email address you used.
  • If the system says the account does not exist, registration may not have completed.
  • In that case, register again.

See:
Create an Account

Verification emails:

  • Should not be shared with others
  • Are valid only for a limited time
  • Should be used by the account owner only

Hischool support will never ask for your verification link.

Contact support if:

  • Verification emails never arrive after multiple attempts
  • The resend option does not work
  • You suspect a technical issue
  • Multiple users experience the same problem

When contacting support, include:

  • The email address used during registration
