Verification Email Not Received
If you signed up for Hischool but did not receive a verification email, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
Email verification is required to activate your account and complete registration.
Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder
Section titled “Step 1: Check Your Spam or Junk Folder”Verification emails may sometimes be filtered by your email provider.
Check the following folders:
- Spam
- Junk
- Other filtered folders
You can also search your inbox for:

Step 2: Confirm Your Email Address
Section titled “Step 2: Confirm Your Email Address”If the verification email does not arrive, confirm that the email address used during registration is correct.
Check for:
- Typing mistakes
- Missing characters
- Using a different email than expected
If you accidentally registered with the wrong email address, create a new account using the correct one.

Step 3: Wait a Few Minutes
Section titled “Step 3: Wait a Few Minutes”Sometimes email delivery may be slightly delayed.
This can happen due to:
- Email server processing delays
- Temporary network congestion
- Email provider filtering
Wait 5–10 minutes before requesting another verification email.
Step 4: Request a New Verification Email
Section titled “Step 4: Request a New Verification Email”If the verification email does not arrive:
- Go to the sign-in page.
- Attempt to sign in using your account email.
- Follow the option to resend the verification email.
- Check your inbox again.
Always use the most recent verification email link.
Step 5: Check Email Provider Restrictions
Section titled “Step 5: Check Email Provider Restrictions”Some email providers may block or delay automated emails.
This may happen if:
- The email sender is unfamiliar
- Your email provider filters automated messages
- Your organization restricts external emails
If you are using a school or corporate email, your organization’s email system may block automated messages.
In this case, contact your IT administrator.
Step 6: Confirm That Registration Was Successful
Section titled “Step 6: Confirm That Registration Was Successful”If you still do not receive the verification email:
- Try signing in with the email address you used.
- If the system says the account does not exist, registration may not have completed.
- In that case, register again.

Security Reminder
Section titled “Security Reminder”Verification emails:
- Should not be shared with others
- Are valid only for a limited time
- Should be used by the account owner only
Hischool support will never ask for your verification link.
When to Contact Support
Section titled “When to Contact Support”Contact support if:
- Verification emails never arrive after multiple attempts
- The resend option does not work
- You suspect a technical issue
- Multiple users experience the same problem

- The time verification was attempted
- Screenshots (if available)
- Your email provider (for example: Gmail or Outlook)
