Page Not Loading

If a page in Hischool does not load, shows a blank screen, or displays an error message, the issue is usually related to network connectivity, browser configuration, session issues, or temporary system conditions.

Follow the steps below to diagnose and resolve the issue.

First confirm that your internet connection is working properly.

Try:

  • Opening another website
  • Restarting your router
  • Switching to a different network
  • Disabling and re-enabling Wi-Fi

If no websites load, the issue is likely related to your network.

Temporary loading failures can often be resolved by refreshing the page.

Try:

  • Refreshing the page
  • Performing a hard refresh (Ctrl + Shift + R or equivalent)
  • Closing and reopening your browser

Make sure:

  • The URL is typed correctly
  • You are not using an outdated or expired link
  • The page has not been deleted or archived

If you opened the page from a bookmark, try navigating from the Home page instead.

Corrupted or outdated cached data may prevent pages from loading correctly.

Clear your browser’s:

  • Cookies (if necessary)
  • Local storage (if applicable)

Then sign in again and try loading the page.

Section titled “Step 6: Check VPN or Firewall Restrictions”

If you are using:

  • Temporarily disabling VPN
  • Switching to another network
  • Contacting your IT administrator

If your login session has expired:

  • The page may fail to load
  • You may see a blank screen
  • You may encounter a redirect loop

Sign out and sign back in to refresh your session.

If multiple users cannot access Hischool:

  • The platform may be under temporary load
  • Maintenance may be in progress
