Certain structural actions inside your school may permanently affect stored data.
Before performing major actions such as:
- Deleting groups
- Deleting the school
- Removing important configurations
- Transferring ownership
It is important to understand that some actions cannot be undone.
Careful review before performing destructive actions helps prevent accidental data loss.
Is There an Automatic Backup System?
Section titled “Is There an Automatic Backup System?”At the school level:
- There is no user-controlled backup system
- Deleted groups cannot be restored
- Deleted schools cannot be recovered
- Permanently removed content cannot be automatically retrieved
Deletion actions should always be treated as permanent.
Irreversible Actions
Section titled “Irreversible Actions”The following actions cannot be undone:
- Deleting a group
- Deleting a school
- Permanently deleting messages
- Revoking invitation links or codes
- Structural reconfiguration performed without prior documentation
Always review the action carefully before confirming.
Situations That Require Extra Caution

- Removing large or active groups
- Cleaning historical discussions
- Performing large moderation actions
- Changing leadership roles
- Transferring school ownership
- Deleting the entire school
Major structural changes should be deliberate and well reviewed.
