School Not Visible
If a school does not appear on your Home page or school list, the issue is usually related to membership status, account mismatch, or temporary technical problems.
Follow the steps below to identify the cause.
Step 1: Confirm You Are Using the Correct Account
Section titled “Step 1: Confirm You Are Using the Correct Account”One of the most common causes is using a different account.
Check the following:
- You are signed in with the correct email
- You did not switch accounts recently
- You are not using another account on the same device
If unsure:
- Sign out of your account
- Sign back in
- Check your school list again
Step 2: Confirm You Are Still a Member
Section titled “Step 2: Confirm You Are Still a Member”A school will not appear in your list if you are no longer a member.
This may happen if:
- You were removed by an administrator
- Your membership expired or was revoked
- Access permissions were changed
If you believe this happened by mistake, contact the school administrator.
Step 3: Search for the School
Section titled “Step 3: Search for the School”If the school does not appear immediately:
Try searching for it.
You can:
- Search by the school name
- Look for it in recent activity
- Check any conversations related to the school
If the school is still active and you are a member, it should appear in search results.
Step 4: Check If the School Was Removed or Closed
Section titled “Step 4: Check If the School Was Removed or Closed”A school may no longer appear if:
- The school was deleted
- The school was closed
- The school is no longer active
In this case, contact the school owner or administrator for confirmation.
Step 5: Refresh Your Session

Try the following:
- Refresh the page
- Sign out and sign back in
- Clear your browser cache
- Try a different browser
This may resolve temporary loading problems.
Step 6: Verify Your Account Status

For example:
- Your email is not verified
- Your account is temporarily locked
- Security restrictions are active
