Saved Notes
Saved Notes is your private message space where you can send messages to yourself.
It works like a direct message (DM) conversation, but it is visible only to you.
You can use Saved Notes to:
- Store important information
- Save links and resources
- Write reminders
- Draft messages before sending
- Keep personal notes
How Saved Notes Works
Section titled “How Saved Notes Works”Saved Notes behaves like a standard conversation:
- You can send messages
- You can attach files
- You can edit or delete your messages
- You can search inside the conversation
However:
- No other users can join
- No one else can view the messages
- It does not involve friend status or permissions
Saved Notes is tied only to your account.
Accessing Saved Notes
Section titled “Accessing Saved Notes”To open Saved Notes:
- Go to Messages.
- Select Saved Notes from your conversation list.
If you have never used it before, the conversation may appear empty.
In some cases, Saved Notes may only appear after you send your first message to yourself.
Sending Notes to Yourself
Section titled “Sending Notes to Yourself”You can use Saved Notes like any other conversation.
You may:
- Send text messages
- Attach files
- Add emoji
- Format messages
- Edit or delete messages

Saving Content from Other Conversations
Section titled “Saving Content from Other Conversations”You can move useful information into Saved Notes by:
- Copying message content
- Forwarding or sharing messages (if supported)
- Manually pasting important information

Privacy and Data Visibility
Section titled “Privacy and Data Visibility”Saved Notes is private to your account.
- Only you can view and edit the content.
- Other users cannot access it.
- No notifications are sent to others.
In organization-managed environments, system administrators may have access to message data in accordance with platform policies and compliance requirements.
Using Saved Notes Effectively
Section titled “Using Saved Notes Effectively”You can use Saved Notes to:
- Track tasks and ideas
- Save meeting notes
- Store frequently used links
- Keep temporary drafts
- Archive information for later review
Think of it as your personal workspace inside Hischool.
Searching Within Saved Notes
Section titled “Searching Within Saved Notes”You can search inside Saved Notes like any other conversation.

Best Practices
Section titled “Best Practices”- Keep notes clearly structured.
- Avoid storing extremely sensitive personal information.
- Periodically review and clean up old notes.
- Use it as a temporary workspace, not permanent storage.
Common Issues
Section titled “Common Issues”I cannot find Saved Notes
Section titled “I cannot find Saved Notes”- It may appear only after sending your first self-message.
- Use the conversation search field.
I accidentally deleted a note
Section titled “I accidentally deleted a note”Deleted messages may not be recoverable depending on system configuration.
Is Saved Notes completely private?
Section titled “Is Saved Notes completely private?”Saved Notes is private to your account, but message data may still be subject to platform policies and organizational compliance rules.
