Cannot Create a School

If you are unable to create a new school, the issue may be related to your account status, permissions, or temporary technical problems.

Follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.


First, make sure you are signed in correctly.

Check the following:

  • You are logged into your Hischool account
  • Your session has not expired
  • You are using the correct account

If necessary:

  • Sign out
  • Sign back in
  • Try creating the school again

School creation may not be available if your account has restrictions.

For example:

  • Your email has not been verified
  • Your account is temporarily locked
  • Your account has security restrictions

In some environments, school creation may be limited.

Possible reasons include:

  • Only certain users can create schools
  • Your account role does not allow creation
  • School creation is restricted by system configuration

If you are part of an organization or managed environment, contact your administrator.


Make sure all required information is provided when creating the school.

For example:

  • A valid school name
  • Any required fields completed
  • No unsupported or restricted terms in the name

If the Create button is disabled, review the form fields.


If the creation form does not submit or shows an error:

Try the following:

  • Refresh the page
  • Clear your browser cache
  • Try a different browser
  • Disable browser extensions
  • Check your internet connection

Temporary technical issues may prevent school creation.


Possible causes:

  • Required fields are missing
  • The school name is invalid
  • The page has not finished loading

Review the form and try again.


If you see a permission error, your account may not have the ability to create schools.

Contact your administrator if applicable.


This may be caused by:
