Delete School
Deleting a school is a permanent and irreversible action.
Once a school is deleted, all data associated with it is permanently removed from the system.
This includes:
- All groups
- All messages and discussions
- All members and memberships
- All categories and structural configuration
- All invitations and invite links
- All moderation records (such as bans)
This action cannot be undone.
Who Can Delete a School?
Section titled “Who Can Delete a School?”Typically, only the School Owner has permission to delete a school.
Administrators, moderators, and regular members cannot delete the school unless the permission is explicitly granted.
For security reasons, deletion authority should be strictly limited.

What Happens After Deletion?
Section titled “What Happens After Deletion?”After the deletion is confirmed:
- The school is removed from all member accounts.
- All groups and discussions disappear.
- Invite links and invite codes stop working.
- All structural configurations are permanently removed.
There is no recovery option once deletion is completed.
When Should You Delete a School?
Section titled “When Should You Delete a School?”Deleting a school may be appropriate in situations such as:
- The organization or community has permanently closed.
- The project has ended with no future activity planned.
- The school was created by mistake.
- A full migration to a new school or structure has been completed.
Deletion should not be used for temporary inactivity.
Alternatives to Deletion

- Transfer ownership to another trusted member.
- Archive inactive groups by restricting permissions.
- Reorganize categories and groups to simplify the structure.
- Remove inactive members instead of deleting the school.
- Update school policies to improve governance.
