Account Locked
If you see a message indicating that your account is locked or temporarily restricted, it usually means a security protection has been triggered.
Account locks help protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.
Why an Account May Be Locked
Section titled “Why an Account May Be Locked”Your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons, such as:
- Multiple incorrect sign-in attempts
- Suspicious login activity
- Automated security protection triggered by the system
In most cases, these locks are temporary.
Temporary Security Lock
Section titled “Temporary Security Lock”If your account is temporarily locked:
- Wait a few minutes before trying to sign in again
- Avoid repeated login attempts
- Reset your password if you are unsure of your credentials
Repeated sign-in attempts during a lock period may extend the restriction.

Possible Security Activity
Section titled “Possible Security Activity”Your account may be locked if the system detects unusual activity, for example:
- Login attempts from an unfamiliar location
- Rapid repeated login attempts
- Suspicious authentication behavior
If this happens:
- Reset your password immediately.
- Choose a strong and unique password.
- Try signing in again after resetting.

What You Should Do

- Wait a few minutes before trying again.
- Reset your password if needed.
- Confirm your email verification status.
- Avoid repeated login attempts.
In most cases, access will be restored automatically.
Do Not Attempt Workarounds

- Do not try to bypass restrictions.
- Do not create duplicate accounts.
- Do not share your login credentials.
These actions may create additional access issues.
When to Contact Support
Section titled “When to Contact Support”Contact support if:
- Your account remains locked after waiting
- Password reset does not restore access
- You suspect unauthorized access
- The lock message appears repeatedly
