Account Locked

If you see a message indicating that your account is locked or temporarily restricted, it usually means a security protection has been triggered.

Account locks help protect your account and prevent unauthorized access.

Your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons, such as:

  • Multiple incorrect sign-in attempts
  • Suspicious login activity
  • Automated security protection triggered by the system

In most cases, these locks are temporary.

If your account is temporarily locked:

  • Wait a few minutes before trying to sign in again
  • Avoid repeated login attempts
  • Reset your password if you are unsure of your credentials

Repeated sign-in attempts during a lock period may extend the restriction.

See:
Cannot Sign In

Your account may be locked if the system detects unusual activity, for example:

  • Login attempts from an unfamiliar location
  • Rapid repeated login attempts
  • Suspicious authentication behavior

If this happens:

  1. Reset your password immediately.
  2. Choose a strong and unique password.
  3. Try signing in again after resetting.

See:
Account Security

If your account is locked, follow these steps:

  1. Wait a few minutes before trying again.
  2. Reset your password if needed.
  3. Confirm your email verification status.
  4. Avoid repeated login attempts.

In most cases, access will be restored automatically.

For your security:

  • Do not try to bypass restrictions.
  • Do not create duplicate accounts.
  • Do not share your login credentials.

These actions may create additional access issues.

Contact support if:

  • Your account remains locked after waiting
  • Password reset does not restore access
  • You suspect unauthorized access
  • The lock message appears repeatedly

See:
Contact Support

When contacting support, include:

  • Your registered email address
  • A screenshot of the lock message
  • The time the issue occurred

To reduce the risk of account lock:

  • Use a strong password
  • Avoid repeated incorrect login attempts
  • Do not reuse passwords across platforms
  • Log out from shared devices
