Cannot Sign In

If you are unable to sign in to your Hischool account, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Most sign-in problems are related to:

  • Incorrect login credentials
  • Unverified email addresses
  • Password issues
  • Temporary account restrictions
  • Browser or network problems

First, verify that your login information is correct.

Make sure:

  • Your email address is entered correctly.
  • There are no typing mistakes.
  • Caps Lock is turned off.
  • You are using the correct password.

If your email address has not been verified, you may not be able to sign in.

Check the following:

  • Look for the verification email in your inbox.

Try the following:

  • Try signing in from another device

Some schools or organizations may use alternative login systems such as:

  • Single Sign-On (SSO)
  • Third-party authentication providers
  • Managed organization accounts

If your organization uses one of these methods, make sure you are signing in using the correct option.

If you are unsure, contact your school administrator.


To keep your account secure:

  • Never share your password with anyone.
  • Do not reuse passwords from other websites.
  • Do not share verification or password reset links.
  • Hischool support will never ask for your password.

Contact support if:

  • You cannot access your account after resetting your password
  • Your account appears disabled without explanation
  • You suspect unauthorized access to your account
  • Multiple users are experiencing the same issue
