Cannot Sign In
If you are unable to sign in to your Hischool account, follow the steps below to identify and resolve the issue.
Most sign-in problems are related to:
- Incorrect login credentials
- Unverified email addresses
- Password issues
- Temporary account restrictions
- Browser or network problems
Step 1: Check Your Credentials
Section titled “Step 1: Check Your Credentials”First, verify that your login information is correct.
Make sure:
- Your email address is entered correctly.
- There are no typing mistakes.
- Caps Lock is turned off.
- You are using the correct password.
If you are unsure about your password, reset it.

Step 2: Confirm Email Verification
Section titled “Step 2: Confirm Email Verification”If your email address has not been verified, you may not be able to sign in.
Check the following:
- Look for the verification email in your inbox.
- Check your Spam or Junk folder.
- Request a new verification email if needed.

Step 3: Reset Your Password
Section titled “Step 3: Reset Your Password”If your password is incorrect or forgotten:
- Click Forgot Password on the sign-in page.
- Follow the password reset instructions.
- Create a new secure password.

Step 4: Check for Account Lock
Section titled “Step 4: Check for Account Lock”Your account may be temporarily locked for security reasons.
This can happen if:
- Multiple incorrect login attempts were made
- Security protection mechanisms were triggered
- Administrative restrictions were applied
If your account is locked:
- Wait a few minutes before trying again.
- Contact your school administrator if the issue continues.

Step 5: Check Browser and Internet Connection
Section titled “Step 5: Check Browser and Internet Connection”Technical issues may prevent successful authentication.
Try the following:
- Refresh the page
- Clear your browser cache
- Try another browser
- Disable browser extensions temporarily
- Check your internet connection
- Try signing in from another device
Step 6: Verify the Correct Login Method
Section titled “Step 6: Verify the Correct Login Method”Some schools or organizations may use alternative login systems such as:
- Single Sign-On (SSO)
- Third-party authentication providers
- Managed organization accounts
If your organization uses one of these methods, make sure you are signing in using the correct option.

Security Reminder
Section titled “Security Reminder”To keep your account secure:
- Never share your password with anyone.
- Do not reuse passwords from other websites.
- Do not share verification or password reset links.
- Hischool support will never ask for your password.
When to Contact Support
Section titled “When to Contact Support”Contact support if:
- You cannot access your account after resetting your password
- Your account appears disabled without explanation
- You suspect unauthorized access to your account
- Multiple users are experiencing the same issue
