Disable or Delete Account

You can manage your account status from the Settings menu in the My Account section.

There are two available actions:

  • Disable Account – temporarily deactivate your account
  • Delete Account – permanently remove your account

These options allow you to control whether your account remains active on the platform.


The Disable Account option temporarily deactivates your account.

When your account is disabled:

  • You cannot log in to the platform.
  • Your profile and data remain stored.
  • Your information is not deleted.
  • You may be able to reactivate your account later depending on system policies.

Disabling your account is useful if you want to take a break from the platform without losing your data.


The Delete Account option permanently removes your account from the platform.

When you delete your account:

  • Your account data will be permanently deleted.
  • The action cannot be undone.
  • Your information cannot be recovered after deletion.

Before deleting your account, make sure you no longer need access to your data.


You cannot delete your account if you currently own a school on the platform.

In this case, you must first:

  • Transfer ownership of the school to another user, or
  • Remove the school from the platform (if permitted).

Only after resolving school ownership can the account be permanently deleted.


Because these are sensitive actions, the system may require you to confirm your password before proceeding.

This helps prevent unauthorized account changes.
