Change Password

You can change your account password from the account settings.

Updating your password regularly helps keep your account secure.

How to Change Your Password

To change your password:

1. Go to Settings.
2. Open My Account.
3. Select Change Password.
4. A modal window will appear.
5. Enter your new password in the New Password field.
6. Enter your current password in the Password field.
7. Click Save.

If your current password is correct and the new password meets the password policy requirements, your password will be updated successfully.

Password Requirements

Your new password must comply with the platform’s password policy.
If the password does not meet the requirements, the system will show an error message.

Forgot Your Current Password

If you do not remember your current password, you cannot change it from the settings page.

Instead, use the password recovery process.
