Change Email Address
You can change the email address of your account from the Settings menu in the My Account section.
Updating your email ensures that you continue receiving important notifications and account-related messages.
How to Change Your Email
Section titled “How to Change Your Email”To change your email address:
- Go to Settings.
- Open My Account.
- Click the Email button.
- A Change Email modal window will appear.
- Enter your new email address.
- Enter your current password.
- Click Update.
Email Confirmation
Section titled “Email Confirmation”After submitting the request:
- The platform will send a confirmation email to the new email address.
- Open the email and click the confirmation button.
- Once confirmed, your account email will be updated to the new address.
Confirmation Link Expiration
Section titled “Confirmation Link Expiration”The confirmation email contains a time-limited link.
If the link expires before confirmation:
- The email change will not be completed.
- You will need to repeat the email change process.
Make sure to confirm the email change before the link expires.
Security Note
Section titled “Security Note”Because changing your email is a sensitive action, the system requires you to enter your current password before submitting the request.
This helps protect your account from unauthorized changes.
